The condition we are looking for is gently used product in excellent condition or items we can renew through re-upholstery or refinishing.

We perform liquidations under our subsidiary Restore Office Services (ROS). While Systems Office Furniture provides retail B2B customers with office solutions, ROS provides safe and responsible liquidations, decommissions, relocations, and installations. 

Being in the Office Furniture business as a Liquidator, Retailers, and Distributor has given us the ability to recycle or reuse products on a high level. This also provides a savings to our clients as we are able to reduce the decommission charges and make a profit on the resale of certain furniture items.

While some of our competitors promise return on the sale of furniture or recycling, we believe it is a better business model to provide a more cost-effective upfront pricing and take on the variable furniture value and sale in house.

Our mission is to divert as much product from the landfill as possible by refurbishing, reselling, recycling or relocating. By handling all the logistics and value appraisal internally, we can increase your upfront value and decreasing decommissioning costs, passing the savings onto you.

When We Resell

Whenever we liquidate, our top priority is to resell or relocate as much product as possible. Used Office Furniture can have a lot of life left in it and sometimes, it can even be refurbished to look like new. If we can refurbish, remanufacture, or clean it up to sell, we can keep product in the market as long as possible.

When We Recycle

When furniture is beyond repair, remanufacturing, or refurbishment, we send product to be recycled. Workers separate the larger pieces, then crush it into smaller pieces and sort these materials by hand. Once separated, it is taken to recycling locations to be repurposed.

When We Landfill

Ultimately the landfill is the only option left if we can’t resell, reuse, recycle, or donate. However, our rate on going to the landfill is between 0-5%.

When We Donate

We work with companies nationwide with their liquidations and through these liquidations, our main goal is to keep as much product out of the landfill as possible. Being able to give to non-profits is a community effort for us and a win for our clients.
