i5 Industries 10 Year Warranty (New)


The warranty period for new furniture is 10 years from the date of purchase. You should contact us if you need to place a warranty claim and we will file it on your behalf. Warranties are not transferrable. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty is limited to manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal, residual use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Transportation or labor costs
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Parts & handling fees
  • Negligence
  • Misuse
  • Excessive soiling
  • Transportation or freight damage
  • Exposure to the elements
  • Improper cleaning or treatment
  • Difference in products acquired on different dates.
  • Products that have been altered
  • Alterations made to the product by the owner and/or unauthorized persons
Manufacturer Warranty on i5 Industries iRize Height Adjustable Desk:
  • 2 years on the motor from the date of purchase
  • 5 years on the electrical components from the date of purchase
  • 10 years on the laminate top from the date of purchase

SOF 10 Year Warranty (Refurbished)

The warranty period for pre-owned products is 10 years from the date of purchase. We are so confident in the quality of furniture that we offer that we warranty against manufacturer defects on everything we sell. If 30 days pass and you discover a defect or your product stops working as intended, we can perform warranty service. Warranty service requires that the product be shipped or brought in for us to repair or replace the product. We will pay for return shipping if the item received is defective. Proof of purchase is required.

If you are unsatisfied with your chair and just do not like it for any reason, we will refund you within 30 days. We also pay for the return shipping.

Warranty is limited to manufacturing and material defects that appear under everyday, residual use. It also covers parts that are particularly susceptible to wear and tear, including countertops, overheads, pedestals, filing cabinets, electrical components, kickplates, worksurfaces, and fabrics. All parts and components utilized in this furniture must come directly from either the Original Equipment Manufacturer or Systems Office Furniture.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Material defects that are minor in nature
  • Transportation or labor costs
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Product abuse
  • Negligence
  • Misuse
  • Alterations or repairs conducted by any entity other than Systems Office Furniture
  • Loss of profits

Limitation of Liability

Systems Office Furniture is, in no event, liable for incidental or consequential damage, even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitations of damages, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. In such an event, such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period and no warranties apply after that period.

Systems Office Furniture’s warranty liability is limited to only repairing and/or replacing products sold in the event that all or part of the product is deemed defective.

Systems Office Furniture is not liable for lost profits, loss of goodwill, stored data, or exemplary damages.

Systems Office Furniture shall not be responsible for verifying the description of needs, data, or the fitness for a
particular purchase of goods.

Systems Office Furniture reserves the right to request defective parts to be returned upon request.

Damaged Product

Product that is damaged and is still within the 30 day return window is eligible for warranty service or refund. In some cases, we will replace the damaged product if we have another on hand.

If you receive freight damage the claim must be filed within 7 days from receipt of your order. These terms are universal for freight carriers. You can file your claim here.

If you receive damage from ground shipping please contact us at and we will make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If your product is still within the 30-day return period, you can still receive warranty service, return the product, or ask for a replacement. We will replace the product only if we have another on hand and at our discretion.

After the 30-day return period, the limitations on warranty service will apply.
