New Products: Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. For i5 Industries products, the warranty is 10 years on laminate, 5 years on motor, and 2 years on electrical.

Refurbished Products: We offer a limited 10 year warranty on all pre-owned products. This warranty service includes defective and malfunctioning products.

All warranties are limited to manufacturing and material defects under normal, residual use.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Transportation or labor costs

  • Improper assemble or installation

  • Parts & handling fees

  • Negligence

  • Misuse

  • Excessive soiling

  • Transportation or freight damage

  • Exposure to the elements

  • Improper cleaning or treatment

  • Difference in products acquired on different dates

  • Products that have been altered

Limitation of Liability

i5 Industries is, in no event, liable for incidental or consequential damage, even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitations of damages, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. In such an event, such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period and no warranties apply after that period.

i5 Industries is not liable for lost profits, loss of goodwill, stored data, or exemplary damages.

i5 Industries shall not be responsible for verifying the description of needs, data, or the fitness for a particular purchase of goods.

i5 Industries reserves the right to require defective parts to be returned upon request.

For over 30 years, Systems Office Furniture has been synonymous with quality. Better yet, we specialize in carrying the best brands, including Haworth, Steelcase, Herman Miller, and more. We believe that whether you are buying all new office furniture or saving money on refurbished like new furniture that you deserve the “new product experience”. We meticulously inspect all incoming inventory to make sure that every unit we sell is “like new” or better.

Quality will vary between inventories, but we strive for product quality to be 8/10 or better with 10 being brand new. We don’t want to sell you anything we wouldn’t be proud of using in our own office space. All of our refurbished product are cleaned with their mechanisms tuned if applicable. Most of the time, we will replace the arm pads, the wheels, the cylinder, and the seat. In some cases, we remanufacturer the entire product with OEM parts.

Dollar for dollar, you can get a much better value by purchasing used office furniture without sacrificing quality. You can get anything from used cubicles to office chairs from leading manufacturers for a fraction of the cost, up to 75% off of the original retail price. We believe in preserving our environment and keeping office furniture out of landfills. That is why we refurbish furniture so that it can last for as long as possible.

As Is means it is mechanically sound and provides exceptional value. However, this value comes with its inherent flaws including normal wear and tear, minor paint or fabric fading, and/or scratches. All of our furniture is professionally cleaned and if there are scratches or fading, we will show that in our photos of the product.

Refurbished / Remanufactured have had more than one part of them replaced with OEM parts. This can include a new seat, new cylinder, new mechanism, new arm pads, and new casters. This is as close to new as it gets.

“Systems” is a classic term for what everyone now calls a “cubicle”. Cubicles started off being called “systems furniture” which evolved into “cubicle systems” and are now simply known as “cubicles”. Because we originally started out specializing in all things related to cubicles, the name stuck, and we became known as Systems Office Furniture.

We take the listed retail value of the new product and usually reduce it by 50-75% to give people the best value.

All inventoried products are eligible for a refund with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

Shipping FAQs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within that time. If it is back ordered or custom, we will ship it as soon as it is available.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

If you received the item via freight, you must file a claim within 7 days. Contact us immediately at orders@systemsoffice.com or 979.776.2100, and we will take care of this for you.
