We were brought into this project by a logistics company known as Patsy Leslie & Associates our of Houston, Texas. They were doing the move for the company and needed solutions to remove 10 floors in 30 days.
Services We Provided:
The building was located in what is known as the Galleria area, which has heavy traffic and only street load access. We were required to start on November 25th and complete by December 31st. The product in the facility was Knoll Reff which are very parts intensive cubicles and more time to remove. We ran two shifts each having a 10 man crew.
We were faced with scheduling conflicts with regards to elevator and dock access.
