We’ve found the perfect system to restoring used office chairs by top manufacturers to be like new again.
What is the difference between a used chair and a renewed chair? A renewed chair has been refurbished or restored to a like-new condition, often with the goal of extending its useful life and reducing waste. Instead of being discarded, the chair undergoes a thorough process of disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and replacement of worn or damaged parts.
Our remanufacturing or renewing process usually looks like this:
- Inspect the chair: each part of the chair is examined to identify any wear and tear, damage, or defects.
- Disassembly: the chair is taken apart, and the defective components are removed.
- Replacement of Parts: worn or damaged parts are replaced with new or refurbished components. Typically, we will replace arm pads, cylinders, and castors. We will also refabricate the seat.
- Testing: The chair is tested to ensure it meets quality standards and functions properly.

We guarantee you will love your chair and if you don’t, we offer a 1 year warranty on all our chairs. If you’re unsatisfied, we will make it right within 30 days of your purchase with a refund or replacement.
