This is the medium version, also known as size B, with tab adjustment and includes all available features. The Posturefit differs from the lumbar version of the Aeron by giving better flexibility with it’s support, whereas the Lumbar version is more rigid and gives better lower back support. The warranty period for pre-owned products is 10 years from the date of purchase. We are so confident in the quality of furniture that we offer that we warranty against manufacturer defects on everything we sell. If 30 days pass and you discover a defect or your product stops working as intended, we can perform warranty service. Warranty service requires that the product be shipped or brought in for us to repair or replace the product. We will pay for return shipping if the item received is defective. Proof of purchase is required.
